So this place is new, new! We came a month after opening around 515 PM and it was pretty dead. Which was nice as it started to fill up and get busy when we left. It was super fast service and I like the overall flow and options they had to pick from. I also loved the atmosphere of it all, very clean and very upscale. This for sure is our new go to spot for a quick dinner when I want sushi. 😅 Great options for wanting to be healthy and packed with protein. For our bowl meal we did sliced beef, shrimp, scallops, jalapeno, broccoli with garlic sauce and "dragon sauce" aka sweet thai chili 😅 We ate a lot of sushi, which was fine nothing to blow your mind but way better than other spots for sure! It's also not very expensive...1.50 More than the other buffet spot by kohls on linden. I'll happyly drive slightly further for more high end sushi, high end options of other foods as well. They are small compared to other buffet spots, but the quality is something unmatched from other buffets I've been too. We went for lunch and it was slow, so we were seated right away. The setup is build-your-own hibachi, with a large grill where they cook your bowl in front of you. There are plenty of protein options including seafood, beef, and chicken, along with a wide variety of vegetables, sauces like peanut, Thai chili, yum yum, and teriyaki, plus rice, several noodle choices, and even eggs. In addition to hibachi, there’s a hot food bar with items like chicken wings, fried okra, fries, fried shrimp, and tempura vegetables. There’s also a sushi bar with about 6 to 8 different rolls, along with wasabi and ginger. For dessert, they offer 6 to 8 flavors of ice cream, plus options like Jell-O, pudding, and strawberry cheesecake. The restaurant was extremely clean. I noticed staff cleaning throughout our visit and checking food temperatures on the buffet. The bathrooms were spotless and well stocked. The décor is modern and sleek, and there’s plenty of seating throughout the restaurant. They also have several private rooms on the sides with large TVs, tables, and lighting, which would be great for events. Service was great and tables were cleared frequently. AVOID THIS PLACE !!!! Horrible food poisoning waiting to happen. During diner hours , buffet was old , scant and smelly .. very cheap and poor quality buffet . Too bad place is very nicely decorated

Some of the best food I've had in a long time. All you can eat with sushi included. Great people here. Will definitely be coming back.

Might be best deal in town. All you can eat, Japanese food/mongolian bbq at low prices. Ate here multiple times, unbeatable price, delicious food, big selection, very healthy. Highly recommend.
